What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone), the jobs, messages and files you create, the orders you place, and technical data needed to keep the service secure (IP address, device type, session records).
Why
To run your account and orders, to verify products and detect misuse, to send you the notifications you asked for, and to keep PRNT safe.
Who sees it
Printers and stores see only what a job or order needs — for example your delivery address is shown to the printer only when the order requires it. Verification pages show only what the issuer chose to publish.
Your choices
You can update your profile, notification preferences and connected details in your account. Ask us to delete your account and we will tell you what must be kept by law.
